You will own the social media strategy and execution for a new real estate development project. This includes planning content, running the posting calendar, and working closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Plan content themes based on project milestones, community storytelling, and brand positioning
Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and designers to deliver content on time
Write captions, select hooks, and optimize for platform-specific best practices
Monitor comments and community engagement, escalating inquiries as needed
Track performance metrics and recommend strategies to grow reach and conversion
Stay current with real estate and lifestyle content trends
Requirements:
Experience managing brand social accounts or creator accounts
Strong understanding of short-form video platforms
Excellent writing skills and sense of visual storytelling
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working to deadlines
Experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle brands is an asset
