Who we are...Real Estate Reboot Coaching is an online program designed to help real estate agents build sustainable businesses with systems and staff. The mission is to scale their business so they can find more freedom to live a life they love.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our real estate coaching company. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how to create content that resonates with our avatar, and knows how to keep audiences engaged across multiple platforms.

Our 1st priority is Instagram,

Our 2nd priority is FB, and then LinkedIn

Our 3rd priority is YouTube

If you are organized, a great planner who loves designing posts, have confidence, understand trends, and build a strong online presence that drives credibility, this is the role for you.

What we need...

Manage and post content across all major platforms:

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Design engaging and on-brand content in Canva (including Credibility Posts, Win Posts, Daily Updates, and community engagement posts).

Create content strategies tailored to each platform's algorithm and audience.

Work closely with our video production team to plan content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule.

Skilled in editing videos for reels.

Write captions, select hashtags, and optimize content for reach and engagement.

Track analytics and report on what's working, then adjust strategy to keep growing.

Monitor engagement on posts and support community interactions when needed.

Who we're looking for

Instagram expert with a proven track record of growing followers.

Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

A creative eye for design and the ability to produce professional graphics.

Strong writing and storytelling skills for captions and post copy.

Highly organized, able to manage schedules and maintain consistency across platforms.

A proactive, self-driven personality with a passion for social media and community building.

We need someone adaptable to a fast-moving innovative business.

Hours:

25-30 hours per week with room to grow

Wage:

$20-$25 an hour - wage depending on experience

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
