Social Media Manager
to manage and grow our firm's social media across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a consistent posting schedule across all platforms Create, edit, and post engaging short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.) Manage daily posts, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement Maintain brand tone and professional image consistent with a law firm Track analytics and suggest strategies to increase reach and engagement Collaborate directly with the lawyer to plan content themes and ideas
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably professional or service-based brands) Strong video editing and content creation skills Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook trends and algorithms Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
