Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Duties

Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives, utilizing graphic design skills where necessary. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Utilize tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments. Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and reach. Proofread all content before publication to ensure quality and accuracy.

Skills

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite. Strong graphic design skills, preferably with experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices. Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends. Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality content production. Familiarity with Google analytics tools for tracking performance metrics. Ability to create engaging visual content that captures audience interest.
