Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and reach target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Engage with customers through comments, messages, and reviews to build community relationships. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure Moksha remains a leader in digital marketing.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for improvement. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
