The Role

We're looking for a driven and creative Social Media Manager to bring Toi Beauty's online presence to life. You'll craft content, manage posting, and engage our community across channels turning ideas into visuals that stop the scroll and spark connection.

You'll focus primarily on Toi Beauty while also collaborating on content sharing and adaptation for our wider beauty portfolio. This is a hands-on role with flexible growth potential.

What You'll Do

Create, edit, and publish content (videos, Reels, Stories, posts) across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and more Use brand direction and creative briefs to build content that represents Toi Beauty's tone and style Maintain content calendars for launches, campaigns, and key brand moments Lead and coordinate photoshoots to ensure content aligns with Toi Beauty's creative vision and aesthetic Coordinate UGC and creator collaborations that feel authentic and on-brand Monitor trends and performance metrics to refine content and engagement Support community management and customer service communication when needed Collaborate on posting and adapting content for other brands within the group
Responsibilities may evolve as the brand grows to support new initiatives.

Who You Are

1+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (beauty or lifestyle experience a plus) Fluent in English or French (bilingualism an asset) Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Creative eye for visuals and ability to translate direction into polished content Organized, proactive, and self-motivated Basic editing and design skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
