Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our online platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing trends. The Social Media Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Engage with followers and manage relationships through effective communication and public relations efforts. Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media management.

Experience



Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. Strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to interpret data for decision-making. Experience in content creation including photography, video editing, and branding is highly desirable. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Knowledge of digital marketing principles including e-commerce strategies is a plus. Pay: $16.10-$25.00 per hour
