Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic car dealership team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and drive customer traffic to our dealership. This role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing trends and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content across social media platforms.
Duties
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the dealership.
Create engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, showcasing vehicles, promotions, and dealership events.
Post and manage vehicle ads on Facebook Marketplace to attract potential buyers.
Schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely brand messaging.
Monitor social media channels, respond promptly to comments and inquiries, and foster customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with dealership promotions and sales goals.
Research competitor strategies and industry trends to inform content creation.
Apply SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of social media posts and ads.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and ads in driving dealership visits.
Design eye-catching graphics for posts and ads using Adobe Creative Suite.
Proofread all content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with dealership branding.
Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies focused on driving customer engagement.
Experience with posting and managing ads on Facebook Marketplace.
Strong understanding of SEO principles for social media content.
Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite.
Creative skills in graphic design.
