Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in proofreading and research
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
