Vivid Tours is growing and looking to add an amazing Social Media Managar to our already INCREDIBLE team!

We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team at VIVID Tours! As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and engage with our audience with thoughtful, high-impact content.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals

- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube

- Manage day-to-day community engagement (responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions)

- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives

Requirements

- Proven work experience in Social Media or similar role

- Proven ability to develop creative campaigns and engaging content

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.

- Experience with proofreading and editing content

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout)

- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics

- Site visits (wineries, etc)

- Occasional on camera presence

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
