About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast?growing startup during the early product launch phase and get challenging, rewarding experience at the intersection of AI and travel. You'll own meaningful projects, see your ideas come to life quickly, and help shape the voice of a brand built to disrupt the travel space.
Please note that this will be a part time job that is 100% remote.
What you'll do
You'll start by driving
organic growth
through key channels and audiences that you'll help identify, and then expand into
paid and influencer
experimentation as we scale.
Phase 1:
Organic growth (first 6-10 weeks)
Build and run Travi's social engine across TikTok and Instagram
Create a high?cadence content calendar: snackable city stories, "did?you?know" hooks, creator?style POVs, and behind?the?scenes clips
Leverage GenAI to brainstorm hooks, write scripts, generate captions, and even content when appropriate
Track key success metrics (views, profile clicks, app installs, etc.)*, and report back on what worked and what didn't
Phase 2:
Expand into paid + influencer experiments
Pilot lightweight paid tests on TikTok and Instagram: define audience hypotheses, assemble creative variants, and monitor early success metrics
Build a small micro?influencer pipeline: identify creators, draft outreach, and coordinate the execution of sponsored posts

Compensation & ownership
This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup aiming to disrupt the travel space. In exchange for your work, you will receive
ownership equity
and an hourly wage. Because this role is equity?compensated, we're looking for someone who can
take real ownership and responsibility
for their domain. A creative self?starter is the bare minimum.
