Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and create content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Extensive knowledge of Google, Analytics and paid advertising
- Engage with both customers and clients on social media
-Run and manage promotions and contests for customers to participate in on social media
-Write and edit blog posts for company website and social media sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, reports will be presented in person in Hamilton
Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising, targeting, and analytics
- Proficiency in using social media management tools
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content
