We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. Experience with SEO, graphic design, and analytics tools is highly valued to ensure our online presence remains competitive and compelling.
Duties
Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Some experience in taking photos and videos in order to create content.
Monitor social media channels daily to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Schedule posts efficiently and analyze engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic reach and visibility.
Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall branding and promotional strategies.
Track performance using Google Analytics to assess campaign success and identify areas for growth.
Proofread all content before publishing to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Strong passion for social media and marketing.
Proven experience in social media management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in programs used for graphic design purposes.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
Experience with social media management tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance metrics.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
Ability to develop creative content tailored to diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
