Autobahn Motor, Das Auto, and Quicklube Inc. are looking for a

creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager

to oversee digital content and customer engagement across our three Calgary-based automotive brands. This role combines social media management, content creation, and light customer outreach to support lead flow and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content



Develop and execute multi-brand social media strategies for Autobahn Motor, Das Auto, and Quicklube Inc. Create, curate, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Capture photos and videos showcasing services, promotions, shop culture, and customer experiences. Analyze data and insights to optimize performance and improve engagement. Maintain a detailed content calendar and ensure consistent posting. Collaborate with management to align campaigns with business objectives. Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a positive and engaging community. Coordinate with design resources to create branded graphics and promotional material.

Customer Engagement & Lead Management



Conduct

lead calling

from social media inquiries, online campaigns, and digital interactions. Follow up with

previous customers

to encourage repeat business, promote seasonal services, and maintain strong customer relationships. Track customer interactions and follow-up status to ensure timely communication. Work with service advisors and management to relay interested leads and booked appointments.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in social media management; automotive industry experience is an asset. Proven experience growing and engaging social media audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication. Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools. Basic design and video editing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands simultaneously. Comfortable conducting customer follow-ups and handling warm leads.
