creative yet data-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager
who can manage
multiple brands
, create
high-quality visuals
, run
paid ads
, and consistently
generate leads
for the company.
This role requires someone who can
design, market, and optimize

Key Responsibilities
Social Media, Content & Graphic Design
Manage social media platforms:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok
Create
high-quality graphic designs
for:
Social media posts & carousels
Ads & thumbnails
Reels covers & banners
Marketing creatives & promotions
Design and edit
short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Maintain
visual brand consistency
across all brands
Create engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive action
Stay updated with social trends, formats, and platform algorithms
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, run, and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Launch and scale
YouTube Ads
Track KPIs: CPL, CTR, conversions, ROAS
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
Ensure
steady, measurable lead generation
across brands
SEO & Website (WordPress) Management
Manage and update
WordPress websites
Create and upload
landing pages for campaigns
Implement
on-page SEO
(meta titles, descriptions, keywords)
Optimize blogs and website content for organic traffic
Manage tracking tools (GA4, Search Console, Meta Pixel
Multi-Brand Marketing Management
Handle digital marketing for
multiple Corpwell Capital brands
Customize messaging and design per brand vertical
Coordinate campaigns, launches, and promotions
Work closely with internal teams and leadership
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare
weekly & monthly performance reports
Analyze campaign results and lead quality
Recommend creative and strategy improvements
Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks
Customize messaging and design per brand vertical
Coordinate campaigns, launches, and promotions
Work closely with internal teams and leadership
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Canva (advanced)
CapCut / Premiere Pro (for video edits)
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube Ads
Experience running
lead-generation campaigns
Working knowledge of
WordPress
Understanding of
SEO fundamentals
Ability to manage
multiple brands simultaneously
Creative mindset with a
performance & ROI focus
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Knowledge of
branding & visual identity systems
Email marketing & CRM tool
Funnel & landing page optimization
Motion graphics or advanced video editing
