Social Media Manager

to take ownership of the social media strategy and execution for

four

distinct brands.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to each business Create original and engaging content (copy, graphics, short-form video) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later Monitor analytics and generate monthly performance reports Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community Stay current with trends and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with in-house or freelance designers, videographers, and brand managers Manage paid social campaigns and budgets across platforms

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in social media management (multi-brand or agency experience a plus) Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools Experience with social media analytics tools and ad platforms Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple brands with competing priorities

Bonus Skills:

Photography and videography SEO knowledge Email marketing experience
