Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Social Media Lead to join our rapidly developing video-first marketing team. We are seeking a passionate storyteller, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator who has a proven track record managing and growing social channels.

This role requires a detailed understanding of publishing tools, analytics tools and social marketing technology as well as all native platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Strava, Tiktok etc.). The candidate must be able to demonstrate a clear ability to develop tactics and campaigns that drive the business goals; audience growth, engagement, acquisition, reach, conversation and more.

We're looking for a digital native who will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our North America content strategy. Responsibilities will include working the Social Media Manager to drive social media strategies for key campaigns and business initiatives. They will be responsible for social campaigns from start to finish - from strategy, creative development, flight planning and reporting.

We need someone who can wear multiple hats. In addition to campaign strategy, you will be responsible to support various channel strategies (example: IG & the launch of Checkout, Strava or the launch of a new Tik Tok channel), ensuring we identify areas to innovate, improve and grow the health of the channel. The ideal candidate has experience in digital strategy, brand marketing, loves all things social, has a relentless curiosity and keen attention to detail.

What you'll do:

  • Lead paid, owned and earned Social Media strategies for specific campaigns (community or product) and business initiative - responsible for brief, creative development, communication plan and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (brand, creative, digital, PR, legal, external agencies and vendors) to bring campaigns, stores and events to life across social
  • Champion social first creative- rooted in guest insights and channel best practices
  • Drive channel specific strategies and programming to support the health of various social media platforms, and innovation across the team
  • Manage the execution of content against our social media strategy; accountable for curating and publishing content native to social channels and best practices
  • Event/brand marketing/experiential marketing/entertainment marketing support, as needed. This includes occasional travel.
  • Effectively use social listening and analytics tools, glean insight from output and translate insights into meaningful actionable recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external reporting partners and agencies as necessary
  • Make the Brand's investments work hard, ensuring budgets and timelines are met
What we're looking for:
  • Expert experience and understanding of content creation
  • Knowledge of paid media to drive impact across the marketing funnel
  • Deep ability to collect, analyze and use social data to affect change
  • Experience & familiarity with reporting and analytics solutions (i.e. Sprinklr, Curalate, Pixlee)
  • Experience leveraging creators and influencers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Has an eye towards editorializing product messaging
  • Expert in developing social marketing strategies that are native to individual channels and demonstrate tangible ROI
  • Have an excellent eye for photography, social video and copy skills
  • Works well within teams and is always down to jam for ideas
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, including great spelling and grammar
  • Vast experience in the retail industry

  • Natural online and offline connector

Must haves:
  • 5 years in social media / marketing field
  • Excellent eye for photography, social video and copy skills
  • Experience working for large scale / global brands
  • Ability to lead in a highly cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization -
  • Experience in content management and reporting tools - Curalate and Sprinklr
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
