Social Media Handler

to join our Mississauga team and take our digital presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics). Capture professional photos and videos of vehicles, deliveries, and dealership events. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and customer experiences. Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, followers, leads) and prepare monthly reports. Stay up to date with the latest social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Strong creative skills with an eye for design, photography, and video editing. Proficiency with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to create viral and engaging content tailored to different platforms. Knowledge of paid ads on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok is a plus. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

Must have own equipment

: professional camera, gimbal, stabilizer, and any additional tools required for high-quality content creation.
