You'll work directly with a conservation and policy professional on a range of storytelling initiatives, with a strong focus on public education, advocacy, and the promotion of sustainable use, wildlife conservation, and Indigenous and local foodways.

Carousel posts and swipe-to-learns
Infographics and visual explainers
Short-form videos or reels
Translate complex environmental and social policy themes into accessible, engaging visuals
Optimize content for platform-specific best practices (IG, FB; potential to expand to Threads, X, or TikTok)
Collaborate on campaign calendars and ensure cohesive brand storytelling
Grow audience reach and engagement through organic strategy and analytics-based refinement
Assist with paid promotions (boosts and ad campaigns) on Instagram and Facebook
Stay on top of emerging social trends, tools, and platform changes
Help shape the visual and narrative voice of a growing platform committed to public impact
Ideal Candidate
2+ years experience in social media content creation, strategy, or digital campaigns
Demonstrated ability to build engaging content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Comfortable turning educational or advocacy content into compelling visuals
Knowledge of best practices for engagement, reach, and analytics on Facebook and Instagram
Experience running paid promotions and audience targeting through Meta tools
Basic video editing or motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Smart, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
Bonus: experience with nonprofit, academic, or conservation-focused content
