Job description; International Soccer Club (ISC) is a Not-for-Profit Soccer Club established in Mississauga in 2007. The ISC is affiliate Member of the City of Mississauga, sanctioned member of the Ontario Soccer Association and The Peel Halton Soccer Association to operate as a Youth Recreation and Competitive Soccer Club in Mississauga. Social Media Developer and Content Creator The successful candidates shall be conducting the following:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with our clients marketing goals and objectives.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, increase social media followers and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Develop compelling visuals and graphics for social media posts.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the company\'s social media presence is relevant and effective.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to track key metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.
• Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitors\' social media activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• In charge of creating and editing the content for the website.
• Onsite field content creation including posts, videos, blogs, articles, and announcements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field recommended
• Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing social media accounts for businesses.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Sprout Social
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Ability to adapt to changing social media landscape and industry trends.
• Experience with graphic design and basic video editing skills are a plus.
