Social Media Coordinator

Location:

Vancouver. In-office + client event locations.

Schedule:

20-25 hours per week (some weekends required).

From intimate dinners to large scale corporate and milestone events, our approach is to build curated hospitality experiences. We deliver culinary excellence, refined service, and attention to every detail.

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role will execute our marketing strategy and help grow our brand presence across social media platforms. We are looking for someone self-directed, reliable, and comfortable being accountable for output and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, capture, edit, and publish social media content consistently. Capture and publish client event content on a regular cadence. Execute LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients and partners. Create and send a monthly client email newsletter. Build and maintain a social media strategy plan. Monitor engagement and report on performance. Support basic on-brand design needs as required.

Performance Goals:

Consistent content planning, capturing, editing, and posting without reminders across social media platforms. Aesthetically capture content at client events and site visits. Strong social media engagement and steady audience growth. LinkedIn outreach completed weekly. Monthly email campaigns sent on schedule. Clear communication and proactive reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Strong working knowledge of digital marketing trends. Proficient with Canva or similar design tools. Comfortable capturing and editing photo and video content. Highly organized with strong time management. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Own laptop and mobile phone.

Compensation/Benefits:

$25 - $30 per hour, based on experience. Group health benefits plan. Flexible set schedule as long as office hours and attendance at client-events are fulfilled. Free on-street parking. Collaborative, supportive, and creative work environment. Occasional staff meal from the kitchen team.
