Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and social media platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals. Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Utilize tools such as CANVA, PLANOLY and KLAYVIO to schedule posts and manage social media accounts effectively. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement. Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques. Experience with Facebook Advertising and analytics tools like Google Analytics. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
