Overview

Evolve Camps and Evolve Tours is looking for a creative and organized

Marketing Assistant

to support our marketing efforts and help promote our summer and winter camps along with our educational school trips around the globe. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about action sports and international travel and excited to connect with our audience through engaging digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a marketing schedule that includes newsletters, email campaigns, text messages, and social media posts. Curate and select high-quality photos, videos, and stories from our programs to feature on social media. Write engaging and on-brand copy for posts, emails, and blogs. Schedule and publish content across all Evolve Camps social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Reach out to brands and local businesses to explore partnership and cross-promotion opportunities. Track engagement and performance metrics to help improve marketing efforts. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align messaging and support ongoing promotions and announcements.

Requirements

Experience managing multiple marketing channels Experience creating content for social media platforms. Strong writing and communication skills. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of SEO best practices Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with an interest in youth sports and outdoor programs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
