As a Social Media Coordinator with Think Tank, you\xe2\x80\x99re a social media guru who has a solid understanding of various platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ve most likely recently graduated from a relevant post-secondary program and are excited to hit the ground running, utilizing the skills you\xe2\x80\x99ve gained while being backed by our amazing support team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create and execute social media content that enhances brand recognition, increases engagement, generates leads, and ultimately turns potential students into Think Tank graduates.

A few notes:

- At this time this role is only open to candidates living in British Columbia who are legally allowed to work in Canada.

- This is a primarily remote role with the option to work on campus.

- As this position is results-driven, please provide a portfolio/work sample with your application. It can be a website or pdf.

Here are some of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

  • Assist the marketing team in creating, curating, and publishing engaging social media content across various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and respond to customer inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
Contribute to the development of a social media content plan and calendar. * Collaborate with other departments to create social media campaigns that support business objectives.
  • Analyze social media data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on social media insights and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
Qualifications

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you bring to the table:
  • Current or recent undergraduate/postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in social media and community engagement.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and able to generate new ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
