Job Summary

Copacabana Grilled Brazilian Steakhouse is an immersive dining experience, we are 22 years in business, that celebrates the vibrant flavors and traditions of Brazil. We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketer & Social Media Strategist to join our team at our Niagara Falls location, managing the online presence of all our locations across various platforms.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for all Copacabana locations
- Develop and execute engaging digital content that promotes our brand
- Create and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Oversee our online presence and manage Google My Business accounts
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on review sites and social platforms
- Capture and edit video/photo content for marketing use
- Stay updated with trends to optimize digital marketing strategies
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure brand consistency
- Assist with WordPress website updates and maintenance

Skills

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Proficiency in video and photography, with editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WordPress
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel to other Copacabana locations
- Flexible to work full-time on-site with some remote work opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
