Members of our social media team each manage the social media and email distribution of at least one of our owned and operated digital brands and publications. : For this position on our social media team, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone to manage the day to day social media strategy of our digital publication: I WASTE SO MUCH TIME. A passion for digital marketing, publishing, and making people laugh is a must. • • Sourcing, curating, and creating the funniest memes to waste time
  • Writing copy and uploading content to WordPress
  • Scheduling memes and other posts optimized for social media on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Regularly develop and track multivariate tests
  • Monitor content performance through analytics tools
  • Create social media calendar using social media listening tools and historical performance data

• • Honestly, being professionally and personally funny is a requirement\xe2\x80\x94are you someone that regularly makes people laugh?
  • Social media expertise with a strong understanding of organic algorithms and digital marketing
  • Ability to analyze social media KPIs to make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with digital advertising monetization and the distribution of digital content is a massive plus
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis
  • Ability to multitask and self-prioritize
  • Knowledge of Wordpress, Google Analytics and other data analytics tools are a plus
