We're looking for a permanent
Social Media Coordinator
to bring the marketing plan to life through strong writing, thoughtful coordination and consistent execution across channels. You will produce and manage marketing content and social media execution, ensuring all copy is on-brand accurate and delivered on time.

What You'll Do
Create clear, compelling, on-brand copy across all marketing channels.
Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely, aligned delivery.
Proofread and quality-check content for accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity.
Coordinate social media planning, publishing, community management, and paid social support.
Organize and coordinate content assets with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Monitor performance using analytics tools and recommend content optimizations.
Proactively identify and flag risks related to accuracy, compliance, or brand standards.
What You Bring
Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum two years of experience in content creation or related roles
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proven ability to produce clear, consistent, on-brand content across channels
Skilled at adapting copy for different audiences, formats, and platforms
Hands-on experience with digital and social platforms and marketing project management tools
Stays current on copywriting standards, social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices to create effective, performance-driven content.
Language Competencies
Written and spoken French competence is an asset, please state your language capability.
Work Location
The Retail Operations Centre is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
The successful candidate must be based in New Brunswick, remote work is possible.
Semi-regular travel for meetings and project work is required.
