Social Media Coordinator



We're looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy individual to join our Marketing team!

As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll manage and grow the social media presence for multiple brands, each with its own unique identity and audience within the quilting and sewing industry.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our in-house Marketing team and external partners to create dynamic, engaging content that builds brand awareness, strengthens community relationships, and supports each brand's strategic goals.

What You'll Do



Content Creation



Develop engaging photo and video content for multiple brand accounts across social media platforms. Use available resources, such as sample yardage, sales materials, and creative projects, to craft original, brand-appropriate posts. Maintain distinct yet cohesive visuals and messaging for each brand, ensuring their individual voices and aesthetics shine through. Collaborate with internal and external sample makers to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals.

Social Media Management



Post exciting, platform-tailored content across several brand accounts. Keep Stories fresh with timely and relevant updates. Engage with each community authentically - responding to comments, messages, and joining conversations that build connection. Curate and incorporate user-generated content into content calendars. Build and nurture relationships with influencers, customers, and creators in the quilting and sewing community to grow each brand's presence.

Strategic Planning



Create and maintain detailed content calendars for multiple brands, coordinating around launches, events, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan versatile content that can be repurposed across social media, email campaigns, and websites. Stay informed about social media trends and technologies to keep each brand's content fresh and relevant. Plan and coordinate contests, giveaways, and collaborations that engage and excite the community. Track and analyze performance metrics for each brand, reporting on growth and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For



Experience managing multiple brand or client social media accounts. A passion for creativity, storytelling, and fostering online community engagement. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and copywriting abilities with an eye for brand tone and style. Familiarity with content creation and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, or similar). Knowledge of or enthusiasm for the quilting, sewing, or crafting industry is a major plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
