The Opportunity


We are looking for a creative, organized, and strategic

Social Media Coordinator

to manage and grow the social media presence across a diverse group of businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and understands how to tailor content to different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

What you bring...


3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably across multiple brands or industries. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Experience with social media scheduling tools. Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to social content. Understanding of geotargeting and location-based marketing strategies. Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights. Basic graphic design and video editing skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Develop and execute results-driven social media strategies for each business, aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including written, photo, and video formats. Maintain a unified brand voice across all platforms while tailoring messaging to each business and audience. Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely promotion of events, products, and initiatives. Attend events and produce live social media content to capture real-time engagement and showcase community involvement. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, platform updates, and audience sentiment to inform content strategy. Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (marketing, operations, design, influencers) to source content and amplify campaigns. Track performance metrics and create monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. Support paid social campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
