Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator and Sales associate for newly open store to join our growing startup space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience and work with the current Social Media Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent proofreading skills, and proficiency in various design tools.

Duties

Develop and execute social media content plans across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok. Create engaging graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals. Conduct SEO research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility. Manage e-commerce promotions through social media channels to drive traffic and sales. Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Help with sales and work as a cashier if needed to run the store.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies is a plus. Proficient in graphic design with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading. Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or similar tools to inform strategy adjustments. Experience with project management, woo commerce tools is beneficial.
