Social Media & Content Strategy Manager

For: Tom Swales | AMT System | Staying Relevant Podcast

20-30 hrs/week | $25-$35/hr | Contract

We're looking for one creative, reliable, strategy-minded person to help bring

Tom Swales'

educational content to life and help grow the AMT System and Staying Relevant podcast into something truly impactful.

If you love health and wellness, movement, teaching, sharing ideas, and watching a brand grow from the inside, this is the kind of role where you'll actually see your work make a difference.

This isn't a "post random content" job.
This is about building momentum, building a community, and helping shape a brand with purpose.

What You'll Do

Build a simple, clear weekly + monthly social media plan Create, curate, and repurpose content across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Pull short-form clips from workshops, mentorship sessions, and podcast recordings Help direct Tom when filming (hooks, clarity, angles, flow) Write captions that feel real and relatable Schedule and post consistently Track what's working, what's not, and bring ideas forward Keep all content organized so momentum stays strong Play a real role in growing a brand with global potential

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is both creative and structured, someone who can take ideas and turn them into content without needing micromanagement.

You'll be a great fit if you:

Know how to grow a personal/creator brand (even if on a small scale) Understand strong hooks, storytelling, and short-form video structure Can edit short videos OR direct an editor confidently Are comfortable around fitness, rehab, coaching, or health content Can turn long-form ideas into simple, digestible clips Are proactive and bring new ideas to the table Are organized and can manage a content pipeline Communicate clearly and confidently Care about being part of a brand that's growing quickly Have a passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve

Bonus skills

YouTube experience Podcast repurposing Photography/videography basics Experience filming or directing on-camera talent (aka Tom)

Hours & Compensation

15-20 hours/week $25-$35 per hour, based on experience Remote or Barrie-area hybrid Long-term growth potential, this role will expand as AMT + Tom's brand expands

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
