What you\'re applying for

Join our KCG Talent Community as a Social Media Content Creator and take responsibility for crafting visually stunning social media content that engages and captivates our clients\xe2\x80\x99 target audience. You\'ll be tasked with developing campaigns, creating graphics and copy, and collaborating with team members to ensure that social media content is aligned with our clients\xe2\x80\x99 broader marketing initiatives.

In this role you\'ll

  • Develop and execute social media strategy with an understanding of how to reach defined goals and targets
  • Create compelling content (captions, graphics, videos, GIFs, memes, etc.) that reflects the brand\xe2\x80\x99s tone of voice
  • Engage with users across all channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Create quarterly content calendars and keep them consistently updated
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams, and KCG personalities to execute content in a timely manner
  • QA designs and videos, and manage approvals
  • Download and save all content in the assigned folders and update in the content calendar
  • Schedule all upcoming content by the last day of the month
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns, and provide updates on campaigns
Requirements

What you\'ll need
  • A passion for social media and a deep understanding of how the different channels work (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Experience working with both organic and paid social media
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Knowledge of how to use Figma, Canva, CapCut, and other creator tools
  • Experience with creating compelling short and long-form videos
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Slack, and Monday.com
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Understanding of how to optimize strategy and pivot when necessary
  • A proactive and creative mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks, multiple teams, and multiple clients at once

Details

Location: Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere as long as they are available within European time zones)

Contract Type: Freelance (Payment is determined upon successful completion of each project)

Total Project Hours: 7-10 (on average, depending on the complexity of the project and individual\'s performance)

Timeline: Projects usually range between two to four weeks and will have specific deadlines and timelines that must be met. Successful candidates will be expected to work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of each project.
