Our ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. This role requires a blend of creativity, photography, videography, editing skills, and the ability to manage digital campaigns that captivate our audience and enhance our brand presence. This position reports to the Digital Manager and CEO.


Grant Advance Solution is an international software company based in Canada that offers support to charitable organizations through specialized software solutions for researching, preparing, and submitting grant applications to foundations. Qualifications



To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:



Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role. Creative Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and editing work. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Storytelling Excellence: Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with attention to proactive timelines. Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot with new trends, tools, and platform updates. Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

Your resume will stand out if you have the following:



Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva). Experience with motion graphics or animated content. Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising tools.

What You Will Be Doing:



Innovate & Execute: Develop and implement creative content strategies that resonate with our social media audience. Create Compelling Visuals: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media. Collaborate & Align: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our brand messaging and ongoing campaigns. Trend Integration: Stay ahead of social media trends and integrate them into fresh, relevant content. Content Planning: Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure proactive timelines and consistent posting. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to foster connections. Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns that engage our subscriber base. Analytics & Reporting: Conduct digital analytic reports, provide monthly performance notes with year-over-year comparisons, and optimize based on insights. Performance Optimization: Continuously refine and improve content based on performance data. Storytelling on Stories: Be comfortable creating and publishing engaging social media stories. Leadership & Collaboration: Support management of team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Compensation:

$25-$32 hourly
