Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Picker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the seamless operation of our supply chain processes while gaining valuable experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.

Duties

Accurately pick and assemble customer orders based on order sheets or digital systems Use handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure correct item selection Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and organizing products efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Experience

Prior experience in order picking, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not required Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Basic knowledge of SEO, graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and proofreading skills are advantageous for roles involving product presentation or marketing support Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy in order fulfillment Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and forklifts (training provided if necessary) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.49-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
