Position Overview

As a

Social Media & Content Creation Intern

, you will collaborate with our marketing team to produce bilingual (Japanese & English) content for

TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

.
This is a hands-on, creative internship combining

video production

,

editing

, and

on-camera presentation

, helping Life Journey share inspiring stories with students and parents in Japan and around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish short-form video content in

Japanese and English

for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Appear on camera as a presenter or actor in educational, lifestyle, and promotional videos. Contribute to brainstorming, storyboarding, and campaign planning. Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent and culturally relevant messaging. Analyze engagement data and assist in optimizing content performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

Fluency in Japanese and English

(spoken and written) -- mandatory. Passion for

digital marketing, storytelling, and global communication

. Confident and engaging on-camera presence. Basic familiarity with

video-editing tools

such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred). Creative thinker with attention to detail and teamwork skills. Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. Interest in

study abroad, travel, and cross-cultural experiences

is a plus.
