Plan schedules, goals and objectives Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns Implement marketing activities Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems Carry out management duties Develop marketing strategies Set up and adjust production machineries/tools Liaise with management, engineers and other trades Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Offer mentoring Make decisions on tests and procedures Make adjustments necessary to ensure the smooth running of processes Develop specific plans to prioritize Conduct research to support content production Assemble the advertising and media teams
