We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us amplify our brand's reach and engage with our target audience effectively. Important Note: This is a Canada Summer Job Youth program position. Applicant must be Under of the age of 30 years old. As a Social Media Manager at Summit Kids, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, driving engagement, and building brand awareness. We're looking for a creative and analytical individual with a passion for social media and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage all social media accounts and create engaging and relevant content to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and actively engage with the audience to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Stay informed about relevant social media regulations and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage the target audience.
  • A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
