We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative
Social Media Assistant / Coordinator
to support our content and social team with eye-catching designs, engaging posts, and consistent scheduling.
About the Role
As a Social Media Assistant / Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing content, maintaining social calendars, and publishing posts across various platforms. You should be confident using design tools, understand social media best practices, and be ready to contribute creative ideas to help our clients grow online.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually appealing content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic tools
Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Write clear and engaging captions tailored to each brand and audience
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
Monitor social channels for engagement (comments, DMs, mentions)
Track performance metrics and assist in creating monthly reports
Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and content ideas (reels, carousels, memes, etc.)
Maintain consistent branding and quality across all social media outputs
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in social media or content creation
Strong skills in Canva and at least one Adobe design tool (e.g., Photoshop or Illustrator)
Good eye for layout, typography, and color -- strong design sensibility is a must
Strong written English skills (grammar, tone, creativity)
Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client accounts
Bonus: Experience with basic video editing (e.g., reels or story creation)
