Job Summary

:
As a Social Media and Graphics Designer at Skincentrix, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our website and email newsletters, managing our social media presence, and executing effective digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook ad campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand's online presence and driving customer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing graphics and content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies and achieve marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Skincentrix remains competitive in the digital space. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community. Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and digital marketing. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools Strong understanding of ad campaigns and other digital marketing channels. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media and digital marketing metrics.
