Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their business goals and collaborating with our internal teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusting relationships.
Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with clients' goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, maximizing revenue potential.
Regularly communicate campaign progress, updates, and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.
Conduct periodic business reviews with clients, identifying areas for improvement and offering strategic recommendations.
Work in a fast-paced environment where you manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring efficient delivery of clients services successfully.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of account manager or similar role experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin would also be an advantage.
