Job Description

We are looking for a

Social Media Account Manager

with a strong understanding social media or business practices. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them elevate their brand through tailored social media strategies. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable results on various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in both English and Chinese but also have a deep understanding of the Chinese/Western market and the unique nuances of Chinese social media platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram

Key Responsibilities:



Client Communication & Relationship Management:

Providing exceptional customer service and strategic guidance. Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, understanding their goals and providing tailored recommendations to elevate their brand. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to update them on campaign progress, performance, and insights. Navigate and manage cultural nuances, building trust and rapport with clients.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate with clients to develop social media strategies that resonate with their target audience in the Chinese market. Create and execute tailored social media campaigns across platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to meet client objectives. Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with client expectations and cultural relevance.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools Provide clients with detailed performance reports and actionable insights, recommending optimizations based on data.

Market Trends & Insights:

Stay up-to-date with trends in the market and global social media platforms to ensure our strategies are relevant and effective. Advise clients on best practices and emerging trends all over social media, helping them stay ahead of the competition.

Skills & Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in social media management or account management, ideally with a focus on Chinese clients or the Chinese market. Proficiency in both

Chinese (Mandarin)

and

English

(both written and spoken). Strong understanding of Chinese / Western social media platforms Experience in developing and managing social media campaigns Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. Knowledge of social media analytics tools and performance tracking. Ability to understand cultural nuances and apply them in social media strategies. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.66-$25.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
