flexible, social-savvy, trend-obsessed marketer
to jump in and help us drive digital momentum across several high-profile brands--especially leading into the busiest time of year.
What You'll Do:
This role is fast-paced and collaborative, ideal for someone who loves wearing many hats and thrives at the intersection of
social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
Own social media calendars
for multiple toy & pop culture brands - primarily on Meta and TikTok - with support from the team
Ideate and produce creative content
daily, including UGC, trend-led Reels, short-form videos, and product-focused posts
Work closely with our
in-house creative team
to develop graphics and visual assets
Manage community engagement
, responding to DMs and comments in a brand-right voice
Draft
compelling, on-brand copy
for social posts, ad campaigns, and influencer initiatives
Coordinate influencer gifting & product shipments
, working alongside the influencer manager to ensure timely outreach and follow-up
Track content & campaign performance in shared reporting documents
Keep your
finger on the pulse
of trends, emerging creators, and platform features - and bring fresh ideas to the table daily
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content production
Experience juggling multiple brand accounts or campaigns at once
Strong creative instincts and a clear understanding of short-form content
Skilled at writing catchy, clear, and effective copy
Detail-oriented and highly organized with solid time management
Comfortable owning projects and jumping into fast-moving priorities
Bonus: experience in toys, entertainment, pop culture
Fluent in English & Some French (written + spoken)
Based in Montreal; able to work in-office 2-3 days per week

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
