This role blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation: you'll build social media strategies aligned with business objectives, while also creating and capturing the content needed to bring them to life.

You'll develop channel strategies and content calendars, write and design posts, capture quick-turn video and photography, and manage day-to-day publishing and engagement. You'll also track performance and deliver insights that shape ongoing strategy -- ensuring both Tiller and our clients show up with compelling, consistent voices across channels.

What you get to do:

Social media strategy

Build and execute social media strategies aligned to business objectives and KPIs for Tiller and select clients.

Content planning & creation

Use Figma Design, Figma Buzz, and related tools to produce on-brand creative, supported by Tiller's design team.

On-site capture

Attend events, client sessions, or office gatherings to capture social-quality photo and video content. Edit and optimize quick-turn content for use across channels.

Publishing & community management

Manage scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement across platforms. Ensure timely responses and active participation in conversations.

Performance & insights

Track performance metrics, analyze results, and share insights that guide optimization. Identify trends and opportunities to evolve Tiller's and clients' social approaches.

Collaboration

Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Account teams to ensure consistency of message and alignment with broader campaigns. Collaborate on paid social campaigns across various channels.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role. Ability to balance creative execution with strategic thinking. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta; familiarity with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X is a plus. Skilled at creating engaging content across formats (short-form video, graphics, and copywriting). Familiarity with social media advertising (paid social). Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, etc. to create on-brand content. Experience with social media management tools such as Hubspot or Hootsuite. Photography and video capture/editing skills, with a keen eye for design. Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with adaptability across channels. Comfort with analytics and reporting to measure and optimize performance. Experience collaborating with design and creative teams in a B2B SaaS or agency environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Compensation

Our Culture

We're a team that believes better B2B SaaS growth comes from sharper thinking, creative execution, and being truly accountable to results. We're small enough to move fast, but big enough to give you room to grow.
