Role Senior Data Engineer

Primary Skills



8 years of professional experience in data engineering with a proven track record of delivering 3 highimpact data projects from inception to warranty



Deep expertise in Snowflake AWS Glue and dbt CoreCloud



Experience working with various relational databases PostgreSQL Amazon Aurora



Experience with data orchestration and pipeline tools including Zena and AWS Managed Airflow



Proficient in writing complex SQL statements



Experience working with coding in Python



Skilled in tools such as Snow sight Streamlit



Knowledge on big data platforms Hadoop and NoSQL databases MongoDB



Lead the development of complex highperformance data pipelines using tools like dbt CoreCloud



Help design and review data models conceptual logical physical that meet business and technical requirements



Own and maintain robust reusable code



Develop detailed lowlevel engineering solution design documents to guide implementation and ensure alignment with technical standards



Secondary Skills



SnowPRO Core SnowPRO Advanced Data Engineer DEAC01 DEAC02 certifications



dbt Developer certification



AWS Cloud Practitioner certification



Domain Knowledge Insurance knowledge is an asset Ability to foundationally understand complex business processes driving technical systems



AIML GenAI Exposure Experience in operationalizing AIML GenAI models is a plus



Qlik and SAP BusinessObjects



Shell and Terraform

Benefits

Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
