Snowboard Sales Associate Position

Northline Sports Store (Home of Boardsports & Sport Swap) is looking for Snowboard Sales Associates for the winter season.

Requirements:

Preference for FullTime (35-40hr/week)

Passion/love/enthusiasm for snowboarding

Intermediate to advanced snowboarding skills

Strong customer service/people skills

Enjoys working within a team environment.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends

Must be available to work the entire winter.

Snowboard/Ski Tech/Tuning experience is an asset

Skiing, biking, wakeboarding, waterskiing, kiteboarding, windsurfing , skateboarding experience is an asset.

No previous retail experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Keep customers excited about snowboarding. This includes providing product knowledge, relating personal experiences, and assisting customers.

Process cashier transactions, stock the sales floor, build and maintain visual displays.

Help ship customer phone and online orders.

Meet and exceed individual sales goals

Wage rate will depend on experience, knowledge and ability to help customers.

Pay: $16.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
