Seasonal Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Term of employment: Seasonal full and part time positions available

Rate of Pay will be between $23.45 to $27.45 depending on certification and experience

What you'll be doing:

• To continually strive to exceed our Guest's expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again.
• To supervise a group of children, adults or families for the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain, in a variety of activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, special events and to accept all duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor.
• To follow the guidelines and safety rules as outline in our Safety Manual
• To responsible for your safety and the safety of the guests
• To act as the prudent parent in the absence of the child's parent
• To attend all mandatory training sessions.
• To be familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson times.
• We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 CSIA or CASI or foreign equivalent
• Experience working with Children essential.
• Patience and ability to have lots of fun.
• Ability to work independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and committed to working
• Required to provide a satisfactory criminal record check certificate upon check-in (valid within 18 months of your start date)
