Job Description
Cedarwood Contracting is looking for
hard-working, tough-as-nails shovelers
to join our crew for the2025/26 snow removal season.
If you can handle long hours in the cold and want steady winter work, this is for you.Shoveling walkways, steps, decks, and tight areas where machines can't go. Working
throughout the entire storm
(during and after snowfall). Assisting operators by keeping properties safe and accessible.Dressing properly for winter conditions
(layers, waterproof boots, gloves, hats, face protection). Pickup from plow operators may be available depending on route assignments. Following direction from site leads to ensure quality and safety.Compensation
Hourly pay + retainers
available (to be discussed during in-person meetings).Qualifications
Strong work ethic and the
ability to push through long hours in the cold
. Physically fit and able to lift heavy snow repeatedly. Reliable transportation to and from work (or arrange pickup with plow operators where available
). Availableanytime it snows
