Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Snow Shovelers to join our team during the winter season. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible pathways in residential and commercial areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in varying weather conditions, and a passion for outdoor maintenance.

Duties

Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots using shovels and snow blowers. Operate power tools and hand tools to assist in snow removal and maintenance tasks. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues during snow removal operations. Assist with general maintenance tasks related to landscaping and property upkeep. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient snow removal operations and maintain safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience in snow removal or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads as required. Knowledge of horticulture and gardening practices is a plus. A valid driver's license may be required for operating vehicles or equipment on-site.
