We're seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our winter operations team as Snow Shovelers for the 2025-2026 season in Calgary. This role is perfect for anyone who wants flexible, physical outdoor work and top-tier winter earnings.
You'll be responsible for clearing snow from residential walkways, driveways, steps, and entry areas. Jobs are quick -- typically
10 minutes or less

Bonus rates available during heavy snowfalls or high-demand storms

Responsibilities
Shovel snow and apply ice melt when needed
Complete multiple stops within an assigned route
Use the mobile app to confirm completions
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with all clients
Work during snowfall events and the following morning/day
What You Need
Reliable personal transportation
(car, SUV, or truck) to reach job sites
Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions
Physical capability for repeated lifting and shovelling
A smartphone with mobile data for job tracking
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Experience is helpful but not required*
