We are looking for an honest, hardworking, reliable individual that holds a valid Drivers license and clean criminal record. Can work independently or in a team environment. We service the Durham Region (Oshawa, Whitby, Port Perry, etc).
To apply, you should have the following:
G license and clean abstract
Experience with clearing snow (shoveling)
Reliable transportation to and from start site
Available (On Call) 24/7 to respond to all snow/ice events from Dec 1, 2025 to Mar 30, 2026 including all holidays (Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years etc.)
Be able to work independently or as a team and monitor weather 24/7
Ability to manage quality and timeliness of assigned snow shoveling/salting needs
Be able to monitor and ensure the efficient use of materials and equipment
Motivation, dedication, and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
Physically fit - ability to lift 50lbs or more
Bonus at the end of the Season
All snow positions may lead to full-time employment. Wage will depend on experience.
